Serious game Asle’s proposal was very interesting: to create a game to raise awareness about creating business projects in collaboration. We quickly realized we wanted to move players away from the real world, so concepts could be worked on without prejudice. We created a fantasy world called Pionero and disguised the process in a somewhat surreal humorous adventure. We thought it would be fun to joke about the problems that arise when starting a business — we know them firsthand! All of this helps the message reach the player much better, who, without realizing it, picks up notions about what it means to start a business with partners while simply enjoying the game.
